The enquiry form

When you use the form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email, your current website if you give it, what you're trying to do, and a budget bracket. It arrives in our inbox by email and we use it for one thing — replying to you. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or share your details.

If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete the thread at any time. Email rich@firesidex.com.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. It's cookie-free and collects no personal data — no identifiers, no cross-site tracking, just anonymous page counts. That's why there's no cookie banner on this site: there's nothing to consent to.

Cookies

The site sets none.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. There won't be much. Email rich@firesidex.com and we'll sort it within a month, usually much faster.

Changes

If how the site works changes — say we add a different analytics tool — this page changes with it, and the date below moves.
