The situation

Collstone Projects is a rural renovation firm. The work was strong — the kind that sells itself on a site visit. The website said none of it. And the owner had no spare hours to gather photos, write copy or manage an agency through a rebuild. The project needed someone to take it on and finish it.

What we did

FiresideX took the whole job: positioning, design, copy and build. We drafted every page from one interview with the owner. We filled the content gaps instead of waiting for them to close. We kept the build moving while he ran the business — decisions made, sign-offs kept small, launch date held.

When the owner's weeks got busy, the project didn't stop. He came back to a site nearing completion, not a list of chases. That's the model: you approve, you don't produce.
