The situation
Fireside Brew Co is ours. Not a client project — our own e-commerce brand, with our own money on the line. We run this store: product, brand, pricing, fulfilment, marketing, customer emails at odd hours. Every job the business has, we've done.
Why it's here
Because running a shop teaches you things building shops for other people never will. Which product pages earn their keep. Where a checkout loses people. What stock, postage and returns do to your margins — and your evenings.
When FiresideX builds for an independent e-commerce brand, that experience is in the build. Not theory from a pitch deck. We live with the consequences of our own e-commerce decisions, so the sites we build sell with the operational reality attached.
One thing to be clear about: this is founder experience, not client work. It's here so you can judge whether we know the trade you're in. The client builds are on the other two pages.
