The situation

Communities outgrow borrowed spaces. The group chat gets noisy. The social page reaches whoever the algorithm allows. Polytribe needed a membership platform of its own — somewhere to join, meet and organise, run by the community rather than a feed.

What we did

FiresideX designed and built the platform end to end, from first screens to live product. Same method as every build: copy drafted from one interview, content gaps filled, the build kept moving. Decisions were made rather than queued, and the platform shipped.
